2. Product selection
You are responsible for checking the brand, amount, destination, operator and region before ordering. Product availability and brand terms can change without notice.
3. Payment and verification
Submitting payment does not complete an order. Processing begins after the selected asset, network, amount and payment destination are confirmed.
4. Digital delivery
Codes and instructions are sent to the email provided at checkout. You are responsible for keeping that mailbox secure and entering the address correctly.
5. Refunds and failed products
Revealed or successfully delivered digital goods are generally final. If a supplied code is invalid, contact support promptly with the order reference and evidence.
6. Mobile and eSIM services
Coverage, speed and availability depend on the operator, device and destination. A completed top up sent to the number supplied by the customer may not be reversible.
7. Card redemption
Redemption offers remain subject to verification. GiftCardGlobal may reject altered, used, restricted, suspicious or unverifiable cards.
8. Service changes
We may update products, prices, payment methods or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
