Paying for an order
At checkout, choose Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana or USDC. Copy the displayed address exactly and send only the selected coin on its stated network.
Submitting payment proof
Upload a clear JPG, PNG or WebP screenshot after payment. It should show the amount, destination address and completed transaction status.
Delivery and order status
Once payment is confirmed, digital products are delivered to the email entered at checkout. Signed-in customers can also follow progress from their dashboard.
Mobile top ups and eSIMs
Double-check the destination, phone number, operator and device compatibility. Completed top ups cannot normally be reversed.
Redeeming a card
Choose the brand, enter the card value and upload clear front and back images. The review status and approved payout appear in your account.
